  12. I did not find any newsgroup that fit talking about alien life-forms.
  13. Sure, there is talk.bizarre and some other.  These don't sound very
  14. serious to me.  A large segment of the population (I asked them)
  15. beleive that they know aliens, are aliens or know poeple who know aliens.
  16. It would be a discussion of the dynamics of infiltrating a society, the
  17. ethics of intervention in a foriegn society, the method by which
  18. intervention will be accomplished, and a general discussion of alien
  19. cultures and civilizations.
